K9 search leads to drug arrest of three adults, says Dodge Co. Sheriff’s Office

A K9 search led to three adults being arrested for allegedly having drugs in a vehicle, says the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Thursday. Three adults from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, have been arrested following a K9 search led to the arrest of three adults for allegedly having drugs in a vehicle. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle in the City of Waupun on March 20, where the driver allegedly showed signs of impairment. The deputy requested assistance from the police and K9 Unit, who found methamphetamine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Three adults, including a 49-year-old man, 49, and a 48-year old man, are facing charges related to possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of bail jumping. A 53-year year old woman is also facing charges for possession of fentanyl and a second offense of operating while under the influence.

WAUPUN, Wis. (WMTV) - A K9 search led to three adults being arrested for allegedly having drugs in a vehicle, says the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Thursday.

On March 20, a deputy from the sheriff’s office stopped a vehicle in the City of Waupun. The deputy found that the driver allegedly showed signs of impairment. After reportedly noticing more suspicious behavior, the deputy requested assistance from the Waupun Police Department and a K9 Unit.

According to the sheriff’s office, K9 Cade then arrived on scene and smelled an odor coming from the vehicle. Police performed a vehicle search and found methamphetamine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Three adults from Oshkosh were arrested:

• None A 49-year-old man faces charges on possession with intent to deliver fentanyl as party to a crime, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and two counts of bail jumping.

• None A 48-year-old man faces charges on possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and bail jumping.

• None A 53-year-old woman faces charges on possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and a second offense of operating while under the influence.
