MADISON (WKOW) -- The tiniest patients in UnityPoint Health-Meriter's neonatal intensive care unit are celebrating their first Halloween with a costume contest.The costumes include Finley and Ellie as salt and UnityPoint Health-Meriter's neonatal intensive care unit in Madison, Wisconsin, celebrated their first Halloween with a costume contest for the smallest patients in the unit with a Halloween costume contest. The winning costume will be chosen by community members via liking or reacting to the photos posted on the internet. The hospital will announce the winner at noon on Saturday, Oct. 31, Halloween.
