Trying to find live music in Madison County? This new app can help you
Will you check out the new app? The owner of The BARn, a live music venue in Marine, has developed a new app, RequestIt-Fan, to help find live music in Madison County. The app, available at myrequestapp.com or in the App Store as RequestIt Fan, was developed in spring 2026 as a way for people to request songs for musicians to perform during shows. Halbrooks initially used music schedules for musicians he was already connected with and social media searches for other postings. The most recent BarnJam, the 11th so far, took place on Oct. 16 and marked the first time Halbrook's could use his app at the event.
