UCLA adds two James Madison coordinators to new staff
The UCLA coaching staff under new head coach Bob Chesney will have even more of a James Madison flavor after the Bruins announced a pair of new coordinators Monday. UCLA has added two new coordinators to its coaching staff, Dean Kennedy and Colin Hitschler, from James Madison. The move comes as new head coach Bob Chesney replaces DeShaun Foster who was fired after an 0-3 start. Kennedy's offense at James Madison was ranked 11th-best in FBS and the Dukes' total total of 452.6 total yards were 17th-highest. Hitchler has 15 years of coaching experience and was instrumental in helping both James Madison and Cincinnati reach the College Football Playoff.
