MADISON (WKOW) — A Madison woman was arrested for her fourth OWI following a hit-and-run crash on Sunday. A Madison woman, Brittanée N. L. has been arrested for her fourth OWI following a hit-and-run incident. The incident occurred on the 4500 block of Stein Avenue, where a vehicle was hit head-on. Louther was found intoxicated and taken to a hospital for a blood draw.
