CFACT Billboard Tour Covers Approximately 800 Miles, Brings Wolf Management Message Across Wisconsin
The Committee For A Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) has led a billboard truck tour across Wisconsin, covering approximately 800 miles and near over 30 communities. The campaign highlighted the consequences of wolf attacks on livestock, pets, and rural livelihoods. CFACT representatives spoke with hundreds of people across northern Wisconsin, many of whom supported the campaign's call for state authority over wolf management. The tour included Eau Claire, Hayward, Ashland, Wausau, Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh. Among the participants was Erin Maluegge whose dog, Lettie, was killed in a wolf attack. The group's message echoed concerns raised by U.S. Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.), who advocates returning wolf management authority to the states. CFAC's campaign urges policymakers to prioritise the protection of livestock, pet, and livelihoods in wildlife management.
