Madison woman arrested for 4th OWI after hit-and-run
Madison Police say a car was hit head-on near N. Thompson Road and Swanton Road around 6 p.m. Sunday. A Madison woman, 44, has been arrested for her fourth offense (OWI) following a hit-and-run incident on the city's east side. The victim was able to provide police with the suspect vehicle's license plate and description. The owner of the vehicle was found drunk and taken to the hospital for a blood draw.
