State Patrol arrests Madison woman following crash
Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a Madison woman accused of operating a motor vehicle under the influence on Wednesday. Wisconsin State Patrol has arrested a Madison woman, Pheap K. Pom, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a single-car crash on I-39/90 southbound near mile marker 182. Pom allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested after an investigation determined she was operating while impaired. This is the fifth time Pom has been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, marking her fifth offense.
