The Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) held its 2026 Fall Career Day, which involved over 200 students from nine area high schools exploring careers in residential construction. The event was held at Veridian Homes' Hill Valley neighborhood in Madison and marked MABA's sixthteenth Career Day and its first partnership with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) Wisconsin/Upper Michigan Chapter. Students toured homes and lots in various stages of construction and learned about additional training and career opportunities through Fitchburg’s McKenzie Regional Workforce Center and Madison College. The presenters emphasized valuable life skills, personal experiences, and career advice. The MABA is committed to introducing younger generations to careers in construction and helping students connect with local employers and training opportunities.
