Madison County is hosting the Rural Workforce Conference Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Working Solutions, 133 N. Court St., Wampsville. Madison County, New York, is hosting the Rural Workforce Conference on Nov. 10 at Working Solutions, 133 N. Court St., Wampsville. The conference will offer practical ideas for hiring, onboarding, employee retention and workforce development, and will also provide an opportunity to connect with other employers and organizations facing similar workforce challenges. The cost of the conference is $25 per participant and includes lunch provided by LaGreca’s Meat Market. Attendees who participate in the full day of events will receive three SHRM recertification credits.
