Harvest volunteers return from Belize mission trip
HARVEST - A dedicated team of eight volunteers from Refuge Church in Harvest recently returned from an inspiring week of service in Corozal, Belize, where they served Oct. 5-10. Returning to a community close to their hearts, the church rejoined their long-standing partners Pastor Paul Williams and the welcoming congregation at Lighthouse Baptist Church to serve side-by-side and deepen connections in the local neighborhood. Volunteers from Harvest Church in Harvest have returned from a week of service in Corozal, Belize, where they served alongside Pastor Paul Williams and the congregation at Lighthouse Baptist Church. The volunteers served alongside local families and youth, leading Vacation Bible School activities and youth nights, hosting hot meals through community feeding programs, and visiting residents at a local senior home. They also delivered “blessing bags” filled with essential food and household supplies directly to local families. The team was supported by Thirst Missions, a ministry specializing in high-quality, high-impact mission trips that connect teams with real needs.
