SOUTH WAYNE, Wis. (WKOW) — The Village of South Wayne issued a precautionary boil water advisory after a water main break. The Village of South Wayne, Wisconsin, has issued a precautionary boil water advisory due to a water main break. Residents and businesses served by the village's water system must bring tap water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for drinking, cooking, food preparation or brushing teeth. The advisory will remain in effect until testing confirms the water is safe and the village announces the lifting of the advisory. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is working to complete necessary water testing.
