The programs help dairy and crop producers manage risks like low milk prices and high feed costs, ensuring more predictable and stable income. The webinar will be held on November 4, 2026 at 1pm CST. Leonard Polzin, a Dairy Markets and Policy Outreach Specialist for the University of Madison, will speak about the DairyMargin Coverage, the risk considerations, and trends from previous years. Dr. Paul Mitchell, State Specialist for Cropping Systems Economics for the Department of Extension, will also speak about these programs.
