Madison Jazz Festival will take the stage this weekend
The Madison Jazz Festival will close out June 15 & 16 at the Memorial Union Terrace The annual Madison Jazz Festival will take place on the Memorial Union Terrace stage on June 15th and 16th. The festival is completely free to festival goers, with headliners like Dee Dee Bridgewater Quartet and Orrin Evans Quartet performing. This is part of a larger festival lineup that is being held throughout the Madison area. Other free and ticketed events will also occur throughout the week.

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The annual Madison Jazz Festival will be returning to the Memorial Union Terrace stage Saturday June, 15th and Sunday June, 16th.
This year the lineup is completely free to festival goers. The weekends events is part of a longer festival lineup that is occurring throughout the Madison area. The festival is put on by the Wisconsin Union Theater (WUT) and the Arts and Literature Laboratory.
World-renowned headliners like Dee Dee Bridgewater Quartet and the Orrin Evans Quartet can be seen June 15th and 16th.
The full Jazz Fest at the Terrace lineup includes:
• None June 16: 1-2:15 p.m. - A.S.T.R.O. 3-4:15 p.m. - John Christensen Quartet with Russ Johnson 5-6:15 p.m. - Pawan Benjamin Trio with Javier Santiago and Jeremiah Collier 7-8:30 p.m. - Dee Dee Bridgewater Quartet: “We Exist!”
In addition to the free events at the Terrace June 15-16, other Madison Jazz Festival free and ticketed events will occur throughout Madison June 7-14.
