An MOPD supervisor spotted the Ford Fusion in the area shortly afterwards and followed it with a Grappler device. The driver was eventually stopped and both occupants fled the car. The passenger, Winston Coleman, was arrested and taken to Dane County Jail, facing charges including operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent (passenger) and resisting or obstructing an officer. As of Monday morning, the driver has not been found.
