Racine police arrest suspect in 1987 cold case murder
An arrest has been made in a decades-long cold case in Racine. Police in Racine, Wisconsin, have arrested Fred Wagner-Richardson, the former husband of his ex-wife, in 1987 for the murder of her ex-girlfriend. The arrest was made nearly 40 years after the alleged murder. A recent search of his home was prompted by information that he had firearms he cannot own as a convicted felon.
